PLANT CITY — Two brothers confronted a man in his office last week. The man, Richard Paul Bliss, 49, shot both men, but he didn't live much longer before he was subsequently shot by a third sibling, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.

On Tuesday, the agency released identities of the second shooter and the survivor of last week's killings.

Shante Duncan, 40, shot and killed Bliss on March 12, the Sheriff's Office alleges. She is the sister of Robert Duncan, 45, who survived being shot by Bliss, and William Duncan, 44, who died shortly after being shot.

Detectives are still investigating the events that led to two men dead and one wounded. The Sheriff's Office did not say whether Shante Duncan would face charges.

On March 14, an argument between the three men broke out after a long standing disagreement over the presence of one of the victims on the property, the Sheriff's Office said last week.

During the dispute, Bliss shot the two brothers. Their sister, who was outside the office, walked in and shot Bliss, according to the Sheriff's Office.
