What happened: After a fight on the basketball courts, both men ran to their cars to get weapons. Terry McKeliver said the other man aimed his gun first, so he shot, killing 25-year-old Margate resident Marcus Samuel. McKeliver drove away. When police stopped his car, they found marijuana in his passenger's lap.
The outcome: Police did not arrest McKeliver. Investigation continues.
