HUDSON — The Pasco County Sheriff's Office made a second arrest Saturday in the aftermath of a drug-related shootout Wednesday night that left one man dead and a woman critically injured.

Deputies arrested Alexas Marie Gregas, 19, of Hudson, on charges of third degree murder and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.

Gregas is the girlfriend of Anthony Blount, 21, of Hudson, who was arrested Thursday on charges of second degree murder and attempted murder, the Sheriff's Office said in a news release.

The arrest shed more light on the deadly gunfight outside the Ridgestone Apartments in Hudson.

Gregas passed a handgun to Blount before the shootings and served as a lookout for him, the Sheriff's Office said. She later rammed her car into Blount's car when it appeared the men he was dealing with were trying to rob him, the Sheriff's Office said.

The incident began when Ariel Felder of Zephyrhills drove a white Nissan Altima into the parking lot of the apartments about 8 p.m. Wednesday and pulled up next to a red Dodge Durango sport-utility vehicle driven by Blount, the Sheriff's Office said.

Two men, Jamarquez Codling of Dade City and Kiyondrea Redfield, got into the Durango and tried to rob Blount, the Sheriff's Office said. Gregas drove her red Mitsubishi Outlander into the Durango, and Codling and Redfield got out and tried to escape in the Altima.

Blount got out of his car and shot at Codling and Redfield, spraying at least 13 rounds into the Altima, the Sheriff's Office said. Felder was shot in the head and the Altima crashed into a nearby apartment. At some point before then, Gregas crashed her car into the Altima, the Sheriff's Office said.

Codling got out of the Altima and returned fire at Blount. Codling was killed in the gunfight, the Sheriff's Office said, and Felder was critically injured. Blount was injured, too, but it was unclear how severely.

Deputies are still looking for Redfield, who is wanted on charges of second degree murder and felony possession of marijuana.
